Gadsden Flag: Symbol of the ModernTea Party
Posted by admin on 28th May 2015
The popularity of the Don't Tread on Me flag has increased nationally. Freedom activists in the new "Tea Party" are responsible for the movement. In recent protests they have been waving the Gadsden flag. Though the flag originally symbolized a call for the colonies to present a strong and unified front, Tea Party activists have embraced the "Don't Tread on Me" flag as a symbol of state autonomy from the federal government. Flags.com has recently had many inquiries regarding which flag they should fly in order to best suits their affiliation with the Tea Party. Our small family-based American company sells the highest quality American made Gadsden flags on the market. They are available to buy in hand-held sizes of 4" x 6" as well as 12" x 18". They are constructed of nylon with a canvas header and grommets in 2' x 3' and 3' x 5'. Larger sizes, and flags with pole sleeves, can be purchased as a custom order. We also have done custom versions of this flag that were double sided! Thank you for your inquiries, and we hope this information helps you. Flags are not just to represent organizations, they can also express individual beliefs.
